★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very badly managed place with society shutting down lifts and no water for days. Lot of rude people especially sales person Syed with bad manners and threatening families. Police complaint was lodged in electronic City on residents of B501 for public nuisance consuming illegal narcotics in family society. Not advisable to stay or invest here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really badly managed property and a horribly uncouth, indecent and mentally disturbed group of association 'president' and 'secretary' who walk around the community premises in their underwear.
A terrible experience in terms of services, community behaviour is very unfriendly with absolutely no decency. Be prepared for multiple police cases with goondaism , criminal residents. You could check records in the nearest police station about this. Classic case of 'looking good from the outside'!

Though the locality of the place is yet to change, still one of the best places to live in if you are working in Electronics City. Amenities wise good, reachable by all means, may not have facilities and shops that you have on the Neeladri Road, but still decent and cheaper ones are available.
Marketing team and builder staff are more friendly they help you too get the loan ànd more co-operative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best housing society I have ever seen. The club house is good with all interior games. The swimming pool is also extremely good and well maintained but it's shut down due to covid now. They have a good deal of open area that makes the flats quite exclusive. The location is also decent.
