★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud company. I have subscribed to the Annual service for cockroaches which provides 3 services. First time they have sent 2 people, these folks have applied very small amount of the pesticides pest control which did not make any difference. I have called them up to do a re-apply of the pesticide, they are ignoring my requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% fraud company. I booked for annual pest control services in 2014 and 2015... First year, 2014, they somehow skipped one out of 4 service and I thought that was OK... Next year, 2015 they missed 3 services... Still they keep calling and asking me if I want to go for another year. I tell them they cheated and they cut the call. So, 100% fraud company. Beware !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go to them if you want to get cheated. They call repeatedly asking you to take their service. If you take the AMC, they will come for the first service and take the money. Won't show up/call untill the renewal is due. Total cheats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On repeated following up doesn't send their agents as we complained about the service. We renewed one year contract and the staff was so helpful for that. But when we found cockroaches coming back and we registered complaint no follow up. Called repeatedly their staff person Anita picks and answers very rudely .Very annoyed with their service. Horrible. Please think before providing such horrendous service to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience!! They sign a year long contract and no one turns up for the services. You end up calling and getting frustrated. Also after the first service, the ants never vanished. I kept on complaining but no one has turned up. My money has gone waste. Its a fraud company. Appeal to everyone not to subscribe. Their proprietor is not available and this is run by some dumb girl and her associate who take ppl for a ride.
