Forget about killing even the smallest of the pest for which they would have done the treatment.. Every time when complain about the problem, they come with a new story.. They will give you a date when they will come and never come on that day and time.. When asked they will tell, person is on leave or met with accident or some stupid lies.. So your entire days program goes for a toss due to their mismanagement and miscommunication.
Never ever ever go with PCI.. It's better to go with some local vendor than be cheated with these people
