★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a chance call from Snehashish promoting Google Workspace when I mentioned about the long neglected issue of my Website being hacker and hijacked.
She was persistent with her calling over the next couple of days..and subsequently got me connected with Sidhanta Mohapatra and the team working with him to sort out the issue and decontaminating the website.
So infact even without getting actually introduced or engaged associated..I have received a cordial, patient and satisfactory services from them.
I do wish to learn about what else they have to offer and use their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked with them over 6 month, they look impressive at the get go with their internal ticket management system etc - and they seem a step up than the usual freelancers, since the turnaround is quick when they want to onboard you and retain you as a customer.
But with time their service got poor along with their response rate. Tasks that should be simple for an IT company of their size, took a lot of forth and back. Was personally not at all happy with my account manager, because he did not seem to understand the needs of our account.
They are more interested in having you pay up annually, then give you the flexible offering of paying on a monthly basis. Plus you will have to track your website for yourself and chase them for required maintenance. And they are definitely an expensive option as compared to other players in the market.
The additional star is only for their internal ticket system which can yet take some work, because it gets difficult to track responses and updates. And for the technical help lended by the founder on a Sunday when our site went down.
