I purchased the 2 BHK in 2013 in Regency park and have not gone possession yet and on top of it they have stopped the further construction. Booking a flat there will leave you in despair and you will loose all your money. Don't be trapped in this project for the sake of your dream home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust this builder, we had booked flats in Regency Park project 10th Avenue long time ago they promised possession in 2015 it is 2017 now we are still living in rented houses, they keep moving their offices every day. There are very unreliable, I will suggest you save your money and spend in a government flat or any other builder which is more reliable we are already suffering.
