You will get good staff here,
In service part it's good but like other company service center it's takes more time than usual. Sometimes they say this part is not available, or paint will take more than usual time to dry and so on.
I don't know about authenticity of parts. I think more transparency is needed in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here, Timing is not matter. When you came its take time 2 hrs for only open job card. Company brand value is high but there staff behavior very disappointing. Company take strict action to their employ. When you buy rupee 10 lakh car but when you go to service you feel like you buy a cartoon. I thing most worst decision to buy car from aarna ford.
