★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staffs are frauds. They only do false commitments and they are unable to fulfill one single commitment. They promised me to deliver vehicle i booked before 2 months. They promised they will deliver vehicle whenever i asked and reminded them about the delivery date. But at last, the day before delivery they told me that they don't have car right now and I'll have to wait for another 20days. Then i applied for refund for my booking amount. It's going to be 1month and they are still not responding well as they always come up with excuses like your cheque is not ready and then our boss is on leave for many days so the cheque has not been signed. Staffs are not properly educated, they don't even know how to talk to someone and how to response to someone. I'm so much disappointed with Yashraj motors Tata.
