★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are making fool to the customers. They will say that they will deliver your model within 6 weeks but after 6 week they will say for another 6 weeks. Please dont go nexa muzaffarpur. You can opt for nexa patna. And believe me they will deliver on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As there is such a nexa show room in Mithilanchal but never seen such a dirty service till today, I had gone to buy a car, if there was a pizza house, I would have been given more respect than this but neither fan nor ac air means 1 hour work was done in 5 hours. poor service, no weight of talked.
Overall of star I have to choose negative but no option of negative so I do the 1 star of overall performance . Mujhe lgta hai yahan bas gadi kharidne k liye bulate hain lekin respect kaise krni chahiye ye smjh kisi me nahi. So TATA ki gadi kharid lo kam se kam IS NEXA show room se naa hi kharido.

In starting they treat you like family member, but once you pay the car amount they forget all the courtesy. I had paid for Suzuki Connect while buying my car, given 1 month extra time before taking delivery of that car but they failed to deliver what I wanted. Suzuki Connect has still not been installed in my car.
I believe they are degrading the name of such a good brand NEXA by fooling their customers.
Oh wait! The comic part, while I asked for the balance sheet of the car to check why the car price went so high despite they have told you are getting discount on the car, they shown great prices of accessories and when I took suzuki connect money back, they have deducted the price of that, brilliant technique to fool their customers.
Pathetic!
Tips: As it is the only nexa showroom in Muzaffarpur, you have to go and buy nexa car because there is no other options. But wait, don’t give the ratings just after the car has been delivered, because they want rating 5 from their customers after delivering 3rd class service.
