★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not value your time. You can see 60 minutes delivery board in showroom. This is sham and if I had time then could have sued them for this in consumer court for wasting precious time. If you are able to deliver something in committed timeframe then only put board like this. Such things are blot on the brand. Pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience...they have kept 2-3 short tempered staffs...even sales manager also short temper person....sales manager is doing fighting over any issue.....will recommend don't go with family...they are abusing each other in that office environments if any issue occurs between them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the best Honda Agency in North Bihar. Honda Automobile company is the 2nd largest and trusted motorcycle company in India. But many of all motorcycle agencies charged more price than actual all over the price of any bike or four wheeler. It is the largest scam in automobile sector.

I had trouble with Power Steering and self centering of amaze.
When i explained them and gone for a drive to explain, their service executive named javed was convinced but when it was handed over to technician he found nothing and said its completely ok.
As per me that steering is not at all power steering and u need to steer it back to centre rather automatically.
Their service manager held my battery responsible for steering ??
They took around half an hour to check battery voltage, compltely unskilled and dumb service crew.
When I started in high tone and some unpleasant words.
Service manager ran from there.
I took my vehicle back and went from there since i was into some very important work.
I got no call after that.

But delivery took a long, 2+ hours when it is mentioned 1 hour delivery.
As well many items has not been given which should have been informed prior. I've concern with the sales executive for the same. Please try to deliver quick as well prior informing customer must be priority.

They have not provided the promised accesories yet, this is really pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best show room Of Honda at lenin chowk. The showroom was spacious so all the bikes displayed well so you can easily select whatever you want. The salesman over their having good knowledge so they asist you very well. Good ambience having seating arrangement.
NOTE- Two Wheeler? and four wheeler? showroom at same campus so don't be confused.
