★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stick with better known labs. Decided to get my test done with this lab because they are closer to my mother's place and needed the report in 8 hrs to fly out to the US. Very disorganized in every step of the way - taking the booking, collections and most importantly setting up front expectations around when I would get the test. The test results didn't come until around 13-1/2 hours after collection. I had to call a bunch of times and got a different person each time and they were equally incompenent. And we didn't get a message telling us they were ready. Eventually, we had to do home Rapid Antigen Test to meet the flight requirement. Honestly they should refund the Rs. 2100 they took for our tests. Go with Healthians - they are incredibly organized and even though samples are processed in Gurgaon, you will be better off going with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hv taken blood test here in 2016. After that they are regularly torturing me for blood test kra lo. I told them 1000 times pls block my number but every time they call from their new number. It is 2022 still I get 2 calls per week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service just ok. But only major problem is that "Once they got your no, then you are gone". Every alternate days they keep on calling you or sending whatsaap message, for lab test. Even if you request not send or call, they least bother. They will disturb with different nos. (I writing this after watching them last one year)
Today also check your SMS service no. QP-ARPLLP at 4.40 pm also you sent whatsapp message from 81***** no sending in name of Kiran
