I am very happy with the virtual classes of yoga by Mam. I have several health issues like migraine, stress etc. The day I started giving an hour of my day to yoga it all changed. It is a great experience of learning yoga and moreover, transforming life into a happy experience. I used to see a lot of yoga videos but never got complete understanding from Youtube. But when I started taking yoga classes from Madhu Mam then I really witnessed many changes in my physical and mental health. I am taking online yoga classes from last five months and I enjoyed amazing benefits. Yoga resolved my health problems and Madhu Mam taught me many good food habits as well. Madhu Mam is an amazing person and a very positive personality. She taught me yoga very patiently and perfectly. She always give personal attention and there is nothing lacking in online yoga classes. I will suggest everyone to learn yoga from Aarogya sadan if there is any health problem as lifetime medicines are not a solution to most of the lifestyle health issues. Just join and experience a completely new life with Madhu Mam.

Aarogya Sadan teaches yoga for improving your overall mental and physical health. In addition to teaching asanas, they also use voice guided relaxation and concentration improvement techniques that will help overcome anxiety and overthinking. The instructor has been practising yoga for the last 40+ years and is remarkably fit and healthy for the age. You can also indulge in spiritual and philosophical discussions with the instructor. I joined there three months back and due to the covid situation the classes are being held online through WhatsApp video from your phone. Each batch has upto four people and individuals are given instructions as per their need. Disclaimer: this is from my personal experience, do not substitute it for a qualified medical doctor’s advice

I attended Yoga classes at Aarogya Sadan sector 49 Chandigarh for few months to resolve few health issues. I am very satisfied with yogic healing and feel glad to recommend this Yoga center to every one. The center is run by a very senior and very experienced yoga practitioner and a superb mentor (Yoga Guru).

I have been doing yoga at Aarogyan Sadan for little over 2 months during this time my physical and mental state has improved a lot, her teaching is brilliant everything she says just goes into my mind,because of the covid pandemic she has started online classes which is really handy. For anyone thinking about learning yoga in my opinion aarogya sadan is the best place to do so. I like aarogya sadan and i am sure you will too!

It has been 2 months of practising yoga with Mam. The reason to start yoga was to build a Morning routine and start the day with positivity.
