I	Ishwinder Sialy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was gymming from last 1 years and was having problem of flexibility and it was affecting me so my friend recommended me to start yoga at “The Happy Stretch” which is very near from my office and I had few training sessions from Annie, she is very professional and guided me how yoga can help me increase my flexibility, I think she is the best yoga instructor in Chandigarh. I prefer the morning batch and the day start with positivity and a lot more energy. The studio is very spacious and the ambiance is very good, There is parking available if you are having a car so no need to worry. Highly recommended if you are looking for yoga from a professional, must-visit The Happy Stretch and you can also get a good discount if you go for the long term.

She observe your mind & body and suggest accordingly what is better for a particular person. Ambience is also great. Annie the manager is someone who I really admire hats off to your positive attitude. Also, The Yoga Instructor is very knowledgeable and her patience with every of her student is commendable. She is the best in the city and is very cooperative and adjusting.
