★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr is gud but the staff is pathetic as they give u appointment and thn make u wait for hrs with ur sick infant. Visited thrice n gave feedback, but no improvement. Waiting with sick child make experience horrible.

Dr. is good but staff doesn't know to manage people.
Everytime you will go must have to wait atleast two hrs whether you have taken appointment or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the emergency hospital in goregaon west. It's a polyclinic. If someone expecting any charity then sorry but if you want good five star hospitality the yes. Doctor will visit twice in a day , one in Morning and other in evening, Delux room and suits are availble at 5 star hotel rates. This is private hospital so you will get good treatment. Ground staff is ok. Few are new and less experienced but they will learn at your cost. Over all good hospital but costly.

Aarogyam is one of the worst hospitals I have ever been too, here’s my personal experience:
1. Behaviour - their staff is ill mannered, rude, inexperienced, they behave like BMC guys, there is no privacy even in their suit room anyone can barge in anytime to show room to other prospective patient or ‘maushi’ can enter even at 2:00am to do Jhadu/Poocha without your permission that too in ‘Suite’ room. Except for Dr.Priyanka she’s quite helpful.
2. Hygiene - Floor is always dirty but they want you to “remove your footwear outside” so that Maushi can throw it away, they don’t have any shoe rack, also their staff and doctors and doctors ‘Pehchaan walas’ wear some universally sterile footwears so they are allowed, diff protocols for diff people. PS Suite room’ AC was full of dust, room was filled with mosquitoes, there isn’t water in washrooms flush (most of the times).
3. Attitude - it changes from the time you enter and exit, their accounts team (Ms.Anita Vyas) is utterly polite while admitting patients but once your are getting discharged they throw their weight around, please be aware they quite a different amount and charge astronomically huge amount.
4. Money - Money Minded? YES! Very much, they charge you for things which are not even used, they unnecessarily keep patients under observation to keep the meter running, without your consent they call consultants for your child and charge you triple the fee. Medicines has to be bought from their pharmacy without any discount which is generally applied on medicine.
5. Medical Negligence- this is something which I am suspecting, and investigating, will update my post once I have enough proofs.
6. Time Management - Even after taking an appointment you are made to wait atleast for an hour to meet the Doc, very unprofessional and inexperienced staff
7. Overall experience has been bad we ended up paying a hefty amount but got worst treatment, so please be aware.

No point taking appointment and waiting with your sick infant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud... My daughter never had any injection mark on her thigh also she never cried. ... What the hell is happening here.... When I asked the doctor had no answer and just shut the door like he is guilty. He always distracts you while giving your baby the vaccination.. Please be careful and ask the doctor for vaccine details... Or just change your pediatrician... Such a disgrace these doctors are ... Don't know whom to trust..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DOCTOR REFUSED TO CHECK THE CHILD WHILE HE WAS PLAYING BADMINTON IN THE HOSPITAL PREMISES. MY CHILD HAD TO BE HOSPITALISED LATER. HAVE BEEN A REGULAR PATIENT FOR LAST 3 YEARS SINCE HE WAS BORN. THE HOSPITAL HAD NO DOCTOR TO EXAMINE HENCE ASKED HIM IF HE HAD TWO MINUTES. WELL, WHAT'S HAPPENED TO THE OATH HERE.....
