★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently used services of the Cloudnine hospital in Malad. Its a premium hospital with all latest technologies. Our overall experience was really good. In this review I will only talk about general services.
The staff during delivery could have been more proactive. But the staff post delivery was good. Few of the staff members needs special mention for their professionalism, Mr. Sai and Mr. Chetan from insurance team and Ms. Monika from customer dealing. They were exceptional in providing services and really guided us well. Thanks to Dr. Rashmi for handling last minute delivery issue really well.
However, as this is a premium maternity hospital, prices are bit steep. Overall, if you have a good maternity cover, you can be assured of a decent delivery experience in this hospital (we had a good doctor that also contributed to this experience - Kindly see my separate review for Dr. Sapna Khare, one of the best doctors according to us).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing facilities, staff and doctors
We consulted Dr. Meghana Sarvaiya , she waited whole day just for my wife to deliver and her focus and care was geared towards normal delivery and Dr. Niyati was great as well.
Nurses and support staff was excellent, polite helpful, attentive and was always there.
The whole package was great and so was our experience.
Our baby when turned 1 day old, photographers G.K Vale did amazing work while being gentle with our little one, it was like cherry on the cake.
Ps. Dr Meghana is highly recommended.

My dr. , Mrs meghna Sarvaiya is one of the finest doctors I have ever met.
Complete understanding of her work and prompt support is what a pregnant woman needs in those 9 months.
Not only dr Meghna, Dr Niyati is also one of the best dr i met.
Not to forget her assistant Rashmi and Sayali is really great at her work too.
The whole team will make sure your experience should be filled with good memories.
Thank you Dr Meghna and team for giving me such beautiful memorable journey of pregnancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though Cloudnine hospital Malad, was 30 mins away from our house, we still chose it for my delivery. We had seen many good reviews of the same & we decided to choose it and no wonder we had pleasant experience.
The best part was our gynaecologist Dr. Vibha Arora. She was our consultant but felt more like our care taker or a motherly figure too. She suggested us routinely check up, tests etc till the last moment as she wanted everything to be perfect at the time of delivery. She is always prompt and available 24/7 on call. We never felt any hesitation to contact her at odd times too. My husband called her at 3.30 am and she was quick on her feet to deliver our baby by 6.30 am.
Thanks to Vibha Ma'am we had a Safe delivery experience.
All the staff in Cloudnine is efficient & punctual. Food quality is good and the nurses take so good care of the babies that you feel completely safe.
Thanks to the whole team of Cloudnine for the wonderful & comfortable pregnancy & delivery journey!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I were to recommend a gynecologist in Malad, I would definitely recommend Dr. Shweta Shah. She is the best gynecologist in Malad. She is not only a great doctor but also a very good human being. She is very caring and empathetic. She guided and took care of my wife throughout our pregnancy journey. It is because of her support and care, we are blessed with a healthy baby girl today! I now understand why doctors are compared to God. Because other than God, only doctors can give a new life! and Dr. Shweta gave not one but two lives. Along with our baby, she also gave a new life to my wife ! I am very thankful to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent the initial 8 months in Motherhood Kharghar, and regret that the Motherhood doctor forced us to do a C Section in the 8th month for some trivial reason. That's when we were recommended Dr. Meghna by our friends then a new journey started in the 38th week. Considering our previous experience we were really scared and anxious, but Meghna man instilled confidence in us. She allowed us to wait till 40 weeks + 5 days. We travelled 3 hours from Navi Mumbai and got induced. And now we are proud parents of a healthy baby girl (via Normal Delivery). Now with the benefit of hindsight I can confidently say that this woman (Dr Meghna) has built a powerful team around her and more importantly she has unlocked a secret formula of performing Normal Deliveries within the confines of modern medical science. We consider ourselves super lucky that we landed with her. Long live Dr. Meghna and Many thanx to her super squad.

It has in-house photography studio for new borns. They provide excellent services and great captures to mesmerise the moments.
