I am Mahendra sangade from excell autovista taloja my cousin have booked car at malad West and at the time of booking sales executive have been intimated that car will get delivered within 7 August.I have paid 50000 at 07 August2021 at autovista malad . Mr krunal khedekar was handling my booking and now he say waiting for car after 2 month he say more waiting what can I do I m the employee of excell autovista is staying that I have to pay more 12500 and have to wait more. This is really dissatisfying and I never expected please sir please help me

--gave my car for second free service.
They took the car early morning with a promise to deliver it same day. Late in the evening after following up the person who is suppose to drop the car gives excuses that it's too late.
Some how he manages to come by 11.40 to give my car back.
Early morning I see my car filled with TOBBACO all around dash board and sprinkled on seat. Lot more worst then actually given.
Then I called up the guy who dropped the car. Asked him wheather he is addicted of chewing tobbaco. He agrees. The Mike holder is broken too. Vehicle not even washed I guess. Complete mud on running board. Plz refrain from giving vehicle at auto vista
Update- technician comes for cleaning,
Goes with head light on of the car.

The showroom itself has limited space and is dull and non-lively place.
Most of the cars outside showrooms were very old and it had only a couple of new cars.
The representative wasn't very informative and had to refer to manual to answer almost any question.
This was my first experience in that place and I'm not sure if it was a bad day or this was usual for this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with them. Sales person Sunil is so bad at handling customers... They commit the date and don't deliver the car. For faster delivery they make us pay for unnecessary and costly accessories which is way too much.
