★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend to buy from Autorace, there is no after sale service from showroom. You booked the bike means you did mistake, & now you will have to suffer.
Getting RC from RTO doesn't come under their responsibility, I received service handbook after many follow-ups that too after a month, a day before 1st Service.
Sales advisors are not customer centric, lack of technical / product knowledge, advisors like nandini is still in market because the products are fantastic.
What is the use of such frustrating service where you regret for purchasing a product.
This is my 4th bike, but I have never ever seen such pathetic service from any showroom.
Autorace is not advisable to buy any TVS bike.

Every Showroom provides u the vehicle after booking in a period of 1-1.5 months.
But here I just received my TVS Jupiter just within 4 days.....
When my friends got to knew this.....
They were shocked like how come u got it so early with all the paper work done....
If u r thinking to take a TVS product on urgent basis.....
This Showroom is Highly Recommended for u.....

The staff here is very helpful and cooperative.
Mr.Dharmaraj helped me throughout the Bike purchasing procedure.
He also let me choose the bike as per my inspection. He cooperated with me,got 3bikes from godown and let me choose the one which I liked the most. Soon after I chose the bike , the other bike procedures started. I got the vehicle details and the vehicle registration was approved and I received it just within 3days.
The Dealership vibe is super vibrant , showroom has a variety of Bike and Scooters to choose from. There is test ride available for almost all bikes or scooters.
The showroom is well accessible from Goregaon LinkRoad.
I would again like to repeat this is a Authorised Dealership from TVS itself.
Only setback was I did kot receive the TVS XPOD helmet with the bike purchase as it is done in other states. The showroom did not have the helmet in their stock too so couldn’t purchase it from them.
I am very satisfied with TVS AUTORACE Dealership and would also recommend others to visit and to purchase from the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a TVS Jupiter 125 scooter from TVS Autotrace at Malad West (near Kalinda restaurant) and my, what a great experience it was. It has ample space and is kept clean and tidy. As soon as I entered on my first visit, I was attended to promptly. The person who was assigned to me was Rajnandini. She asked me for what I was looking for and showed me the scooter models as per my specifications. She is very knowledgeable about the products, namely the NTorq and the Jupiter in my case. She took me through the variants and suggested the Jupiter as she felt it was a better fit for me. She was patient enough during the documentation process which put my mind at ease. She was spot on with the NEFT details and provided the receipts at once. She also explained the registration formalities and timelines in detail. Finally, on the day of the delivery, she took me through the nitty-gritties of the scooter very well, making sure that I tested everything and got familiar. Not to mention, the neat little ribbon was a nice touch. And the icing on the cake was that she always greeted me with a broad and pretty smile no matter what day and time. All in all, a superlative and seamless experience. Appreciate it and highly recommend this place.
