If you buy any spares you have to go another cabin to make the payment and it very inconvenient because once you go to that cabin you will find no one there then you have to wait keep reminding them to take the payment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed to be honest. Bought a new R15 which was delivered rather quickly, but I noticed scratches on the bike after I got home. There were scratches on the instrument console too. Also after a week they gave me the bike manual and the service record manual. Since, I was in a hurry as I had to be someplace else, I did not check the manual thoroughly. To my surprise, they gave me R15 v3's manual, instead of V4's which I purchased. Pretty disappointing I'll be going to the showroom soon to get the old manual replaced with the correct manual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behavior is not good. Also they take very much time on service and most of the parts are not available in store. Even small small parts.. We have to give them order and that too come after a month. Very time taking process and rates are also high. They should not charge labour on everything specially small small things like changing a cable or so if work is much. Washing is pathetic. Please think twice to twice to give your vehicle on service there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behavior can be improved. They think that by selling the bike they are doing a favor to you. I simply didn't take yamaha for this. Instead I went to Honda.
