★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a Honda Activa in March 21 after making full payment, but till date vehicle has not been delivered. Lan lines of the showroom are not working. The sales manager Mr Ravi after giving a lot of assurances has now switched his phone off. Recently we visited the showroom and were assured by Mr Vaibhav that he would get back but now his phone has been switched off. The owner needs to intervene before matters get out of hand.

The most pathetic, arrogant and over-confidant staff I have ever seen. Went there to inquire about Honda scooters and was truly surprised to find the entire showroom empty. There was just one front-desk person while no customers or sales person were to be seen. I can hear distant chatters and laughing of sales people in a room but none were present to cater to the customer. When someone did come, he was without a MASK (yes!) in completely casual clothing with blatant disregard to maintaining a neat and clean attire to say the least.
Anyways, the guy kept coughing (and didn't had a mask on) and showed no interest at all to providing quotation. On asking to waive off the accessory-cost / provide some discount these were his words, and I will quote here- "Hey we are always overbooked so there is no scope for discount and paying accessory charge is mandatory". In other words, they don't care whether you purchase or not as they already have a lot of bookings.
This is clearly not a way to treat customers and definitely not the behavior/ environment any sales showroom should showcase. Arrogance is the reason for downfall and I am sure if this behavior continues then this showroom will cease to exist in near future.
AVOID THIS SHOWROOM!!!

Unreliable staff. Booked an activa 4 months ago and there is no update about it till date. Contact numbers provided are always switched off and no staff member from the showroom reverts. No response even after multiple repeated calls. The staff has continued to make excuses and not come up with a solution. We've been asked to hold on for 4 months now despite paying the whole amount while booking and there is still no update about it. There is zero communication from the staff even after visiting the showroom and addressing the issue multiple times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Honda Showroom in Mumbai!! They feel soo insecure that they think customer will run away with their bike. My team basically reviews bike on youtube, So we just need to take a independent test ride. The sales person denied that.
I've came across hundreds of showroom in mumbai itself, but no one treats their customers like that. If any respective higher authority from honda reading this, needs to seriously look on these issues.
However, we got our bike'S from another showroom.
Please guy's if you are planning to get your bike, please travel a few kms across the town, there are other honda showroom's that will make your purchasing experience even better.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Irresponsible staff. One young boy and girl running showroom, no senior staff. One you book vehicle they will not even call you to update, everytime you need to follow up. They do false commitments and don't complete their promises. Cheater firm. Be aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This delear is no longer afflicted to Honda... Pls do not book any vehicle even if they assure immediately delivery.
Had a horrible experience... Even after making the complete payment had to continuously call the sales person for update... Did not receive a single call or update from the showroom...
After multiple follow up received the vehicle but without leg guard, bike cover, Teflon, which they later gave after a month of follow up.
Multiple stains and scratches were on the bike which the sales representative assured will go with the teflon coating... But later after delivery he denied he said anything like that...
