Had bought my honda City from them and while selling the car they made me buy a extended warranty package which should cover everything apart from consumables and wear and tear products and now when I have a problem with the display of my music system they say that this is not covered under warranty. I have used multiple cars but have never faced such issues. Really love driving a honda but if this is how they are going to handle complaints will be switching to something else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given the car for oil change paid service first they gave us the quote for coating of the silencer, AC evaporator cleaning, body package adding 4000 - 5000 Rs which was not needed nor recommended by Honda in there service schedule which they said if you don’t get these jobs done the silencer will develop holes in it and it will cost you 1 lakh rupees, after we refused to take all these services they serviced the vehicle in which they didn’t even check whether all the lights are working, we found after we received the car from service that one of the brake lights were not working they asked us to bring the car back and fixed it, after which we understood that they have only washed the car from outside and not checked the car thoroughly as it should had been as per Honda guidelines, after the car came back the second day I checked the car from inside and found that the car was very dirty from inside they didn’t even wipe the car from inside all This was brought to the notice of Mr. Kalpesh Kadam Service manager of Solitare Honda in his answer he is telling me that since they applied the Polish and garnish on the dashboard dust has accumulated which is just not possible as that it happens the same day the car is polished infact he not ready to accept that the car was just not cleaned from Inside and giving misleading answers you may check the same in the pics attached anyone who sees it can understand
Hope someone from Honda is reading this so as to understand the quality of service delivered to customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Largely a positive experience. Prompt communication about diagnostics and issues with reasonably quick follow ups. Would be better if there was better communication between the body shop and service advisor.
The location is easy to reach, but the condition of the road outside is quite poor. Cleanliness and hygiene in the service centre also needs to be better and at least in the current environment, the staff should be more particular about wearing a mask (lot of chin masks).
One concern, this place honestly seems like a fire hazard waiting to happen. Access is very narrow, cars are packed together tightly and I doubt a fire engine can even make it through to the workshop.
