We had to trade off our existing Q5 and go in for the new generation Q5. The complete transition was very smooth.
Delivery date was important to us and the car was delivered on the commited date.

But my visit to BMW wasn't delightful. Hence decided to visit Audi and was pretty delighted with their proactive mindset, customer orientation and quick reactions. From test drive to booking to delivery of our brand new Audi Q3, the Audi team handled everything seamlessly. I must congratulate whoever has trained these people, the team is pretty equipped to handle all kinds of customers. Highly recommended.

He and his colleague changed our perspective of the entire brand and probably inclined us towards considering their cars.
Also the showroom is built big enough to hold most of their variants, so you'll get to see almost all of their cars live out there!
Look out for the new selection of cars.

Mr. Basit Parker is fantastic human being & handled our enquiry very well. Siddhi also ensured we had great car delivered. We bought Audi A4 on 20th Jan 2022, it was my son's birthday & showroom staff made it special by celebrating his birthday in a grand way. Also we were explained the car features very well at the time car handover. Overall a great experience. Thank you Audi West.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Audi Mumbai West is perhaps the only *large* Audi showroom in Bombay, boasting of an expansive salesfloor having multiple car variants on display. Excellent, cordial staff who are more than willing to let you explore the place at your will. Once interested in a particular model, test drives are not an issue at all and you can test the car on longer drives until you're satisfied. They can even bring the car to your residence / workplace for a test drive. Impressed overall with the buying and delivery experience - will definitely recommend as the dealership of choice if one's looking to buy an Audi in Bombay.
