★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had planned on a modular kitchen as part of our home improvement project. We visited a number of vendors to understand the various options in concepts, materials and finish, before zeroing in on Saviesa. What impressed us was the thorough professionalism of the entire team at their Thane office and showroom, which has been very tastefully done up, and represents their designs and capabilities to the fullest.
The manager Ms. Sarika Wagh took us round the display and patiently explained the numerous options. A couple of visits, including one with our interior designer, sealed the deal. The staff was very friendly and helpful - Ms. Shirin, Ram and the rest were ever willing to address our queries and put us at ease.
While the preparatory civil work was in progress, the Saviesa execution team, led by Mr. Vinod visited our house and took detailed measurements to ensure that all the modules were made to perfect dimensions. With only a week to go for their installation, the Covid pandemic and subsequent lockdown struck, leading to the project being put on hold.
As soon as the lockdown lifted, their team swung into action, and delivered all the materials (panels, shutters, hardware etc.) in neatly packed cartons. All sanitization processes were followed during the delivery. To our misfortune, the lockdown was re-imposed in Thane, and we had to wait a further fortnight before the installation team could move in. They went about their work with precision, taking the utmost care to ensure that everything fitted perfectly. Mr. Vinod oversaw the process with a hawk's eye. ensuring that there were no loose ends and no shortcuts taken. The installation was completed as planned and promised, and everything seemed perfect. But Mr. Vinod's watchful eye caught the minor blemishes, and replacements where needed were ordered forthwith. Nothing was left to chance. Throughout the project, Ms. Sarika's supervision and guidance was clearly evident.
The whole experience has been thoroughly satisfying, and spoke of the highest standards of professionalism and customer delight. It reflects the culture of the organization. We haven't the slightest hesitation in according a five star rating to Saviesa for a job well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No after sales service. Highly unprofessional team - Kashyap and Bhavesh. It WAS a good brand, but because of unprofessional attitude, it has gone down the drain. Stay away. A wardrobe soft close issue is still not resolved after 3 weeks of follow up. And they had the audacity of asking for further 15 days.
