The new store offers a great array of chairs and workstations to suit your needs in office or home. They even customise as per one's requirements. I like their collection of paintings and arifacts too..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet by far has the most varieties of chairs compared to any one else, they are well stocked as well so helped us when we wanted to open our new office. Located in heart of industrial and commercial area it is easy to visit their store which is quite huge and we'll furnished, clean and looks exquisite.They can also help you with office decor, set-up and furniture if you're in need of it. And to add to it staff is well aware of their products and provided us with products of all range.

November 2020: When I bought chairs for my office space from Misuraa, I was treated to a great collection and was served by a very professional staff. Recently, one of my chairs had a small issue with the back rest. I reached out to Misuraa, and even though my chair was not under warranty anymore, they immediately sent across a technician and replaced the back rest for me. Their service has been exceptional!

These are world class in terms of comfort and specs and come at a great price (for a comparable model with similar specs and build quality). I also have a great after sales experience. They are very responsive and very willing to help on the smallest of matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect chair. I am under 5ft and needed a chair with all kinds of adjustments for my long working hours. I spoke to the team at Misuraa, the person was extremely helpful and assisted me with everything I needed to make the decision. The chair that arrived was very good quality and fairly easy to assemble.
I have used it for about a month now and I simply love it. I bought Vision in White.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a year of using this chair the lumbar support (a springy plastic part) lost its elasticity, started digging into my back & causing me a lot of pain. I called the company for repairs & getting anyone on the phone was a task in and of itself - but once I had someone on the phone (after 5 days of calling) they were far more interested in educating me on how many chairs they've sold & how successful they were than offering me support. When I asked to speak with the owner he was quick to let me know that he "doesn't usually speak with customers".
Having been through all this I was curtly informed that I would not be able to purchase the part which was the root cause of the issue, but instead, I would have to purchase the entire back - at a cost of 25% of the initial purchase.
To be fair, the owner offered to reduce this to 22%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Xenon midback chair and completely satisfied with it. It came as a box and got it fixed in less than 30 minutes and very easy. I loved the mesh model as there is no heat or sweat after continues sitting. Using it for the past 2 weeks and loving it.
