★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful collection of sofa sets, I have a 1bhk apartment so I was happy to see their collection but I ended up buying a gorgeous fabric sofa cum bed. The store staff is so engaging, they will advice you with the best rather than trying to sell you unnecessary products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience....they delivered 8 dining chairs in larger dimensions than mentioned. They were supposed to be 18/19 inches in width but the ones sent are 21 inches. Not fitting under the table. Don't know where to keep the extra 2 now. Will never recommend wooden street to anybody. Not taking my calls either, unlike the time when they wanted me to place the order. SHAME

This was my second visit to Wooden Street outlets. The first one was at their Andheri E centre.
This review is for their products and their over the counter service.
On the Product-front, they have conceptualised the ideas what suits the Indian market and mindset best. The quality of the finishes and the combinations that they offer is just perfect to the T. I had earlier picked up a piece of furniture last year and this year wanted to finalise one more wooden item, so, tried out another center.
Must say that this place was tagged wrongly under "Laxmi Plaza" bldg, whereas, it is in the next building "Laxmi Business Park".
The moment we entered and informed the sales staff that it is better that they correct the address on internet, the response was "Maybe you took a wrong turn"... Seriously?? Later the amount of interest shown by the lady was pretty less and cold. Not having much of product knowledge, she was only tasked with logging-in orders I must say. Rather the staff @ Andheri East store was much warm and polite.
While speaking with us, she blatantly took her fresh cup of tea and sipped it, without even offering us a glass of water. Only when we finalised the product and asked her to book the order, she asked for coffee. Sadly, the coffee didn't turn up! Even after all the documentation and payment was done and we started to leave, she voiced out authoritatively --- "Ruko... Aap ki coffee aa rahi hai!" We hanged around for 2-3 mins, checking out the displayed items and then left. She was still busy in her laptop.
Looks like it is a perception gap of the new generation. Did not like the complete interaction at all. Still, as the products are nice, we definitely recommend a visit - but to the Andheri E store, where, the showroom is big, items displayed are more and the staff is not as immature.
