★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience selecting our sofas at The Couch Potato. Abhijeet and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely professional. They were patient & supportive as we went about visiting them multiple times to finalize our couches, asking them hundreds of questions, taking measurements, and showing it to our interior designer.
The sofas arrived on time as per the committed date, despite the COVID situation making shipping times unpredictable. Abhijeet kept in touch with us all throughout to keep us updated. They even stored our couches, once they arrived, for a few days since our home was still not ready.
We've just opened the couches and realized that they look as gorgeous as what Abhijeet had promised us in the very beginning.
I wish to thank Abhijeet for all his help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always believed in quality product and a great customer service followed by customer centric hospitality… after going through length and breath of Mumbai finally came to “Couch Potato” where I placed my requirement and they suggested me the best option… gave me detailed understanding of the product… I had two options I had shortlisted and was confused… but later they explained me the difference giving me real life example demos and I was clear on which one should I go … finally booked and got the delivery… even the delivery person was awesomely well mannered… my family loved the sofa … a big thank you to “Couch Potato”
And yes like I said I am quality product person. If you are looking for quality and well build and aesthetic then this is the place. Take my word on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sells super super comfortable sofas at decently competitive prices of different sizes and styles. Best leather sofas also in town. A must try if you looking for a sofa / sofa chairs . They have a very friendly staff and will guide and clarify all your requirements and doubts. The best part I liked about this is that even after you purchase from here their after sale service is great which is very rare to see in today’s day and age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here goes a 6 year review! In 2016 I bought 3 seater, L shaped, electrical recliner couch from this place. The store was amazing and the staff quite friendly - It was also a welcome break from a few snooty lower parel stores I had been to previously! It took me almost 4 hours to convince myself to spend way more than my budget :) but 6 years later the structure and comfort are still brilliant and I think the couch will do another 5-6 years easily. My biggest worry was that leather will heat up in Mumbai weather and become uncomfortable but they had reassured me that it doesn't happen with pure leather which I can now confirm is true.

And, then while admiring new models in Audi showroom, the name 'Couch Potato' attracted me. I jumped out of my car for a quick check with no real expectations. Oh Boy, was I surprised at the quality, range & service -attentive & yet unobtrusive? It took me all of 45 mins to decide and now the Italian design sofa with easy, individually adjustable backs is serving me each day of the last 4 years with same elan as on the day one..
