★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mumbai only volvo car dealer as of now they also service cars here. The office is on the main road and pretty noticeable. There is reception here and the staff is really kind and helpful. The sales team too is well equipped with the knowledge of the product on sale at the same time are highly customer focused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor Sales team headed by Mr. Atuf & his colleague Mr. Daljit. No wonders Volvo isn't doing as well as the brand can, because the sales team is just not interested!
Also most of the time, they will have only the base model XC40 in the showroom, which hardly even sells. I'm not sure why would their showroom would never have XC60 their best selling model !!
If you are really keen on buying a Volvo, I suggest you to find some other dealership except for KIFS or ask them to come to your place with the car (they couldn't schedule for us, but you maybe a lucky one!)
They showroom closes by 6pm, if you reach by 5:50pm, you will be informed that the showroom is closing and to come some other day. :)
If you miss their deadlines, be sure to visit the enthusiastic Morya cars (used luxury cars) next door or check out the C5 from Citroen Motors (French Co.) Just a block away (1min walking distance), their salesmen are much interested in your business, unlike KIFS Volvo. :/

If you plan to buy a Volvo.. buy from somewhere else.
