★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having problem of leakage from overflow pipe of (Activa 5G) it has been rectified great job done by staff really happy for it.
After using over 100 km there is no problem at all.
Strongly recommend this Venetian show room/service centre.
Thank you guys for the great efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having battery issue which is still in warranty I went to the centre and told them about it they told me to come back later when as they were too busy and told me to come back later this what they give u service ones u book the bike when they want money they will charge u like good amount ones the product is in warranty they will wait for the warranty get expire . Good policy hats off keep going

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will break parts If you don't want to change. Bill for replace part but actually part not change. Very expensive service. I have paid Rs. 3000 for just washing bike without taflane polish.
Very unprofessional and worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunch time says 1 pm to 1.30 pm, however all the staff members goes for lunch at 1.45 pm and you have to unofficial wait for next 30-40 mins. Moreover, there is only one support staff to handle customers as compared the size of the workshop. Poor service and no professionalism in management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware from Mr. Sanjay Dhotre. He will talk sweet word while taking money from customers and make false commitments. Once he get advance money, he wont pick up phone calls and your number in block list. Pathetic experience.

Firstly in entire day did not received any call for my service status lastly when I called to them at 6.30 pm they told ,you will get the scooter next day hence I spend 200 Rs on auto to tech home and when I called next day they told me still scooter is not ready and to weld a front mudguard charge will be 1600-1700 Rs.
If they can’t full fill the promise why the are calling us again and again for servicing
Even if they have fault they should drop the scooter to my home but again I have to spend 200 rs on auto to bring back the unprepared scooter.
Overall no professionalism

Sales - They do not link your insurance policy. They even told me that there will be discount on honda helmet at the borivali showroom. On going there they said there is no such thing
Quality check - vehicles do not come with proper quality checks.
Claim - I had a claim Experience where they replaced my new accessories with old and in high probability they stole the petrol also.
Service - everytime you go for free service they will miss sell different coupons. They even tell that it is compulsory to get add ons.
All the staff are extremely rude with zero ethics and are completely impolite.
