This is Sunita Dhawaleshwar,
I attended the yoga sessions at home under Manjusha Deshmukh.
I had lot of acidity and migraine issues. After just 4 weeks my acidity has gone down by 65-70%. My flexibility and stamina has increased. Manjusha trained me with lot of care and patience. I am taking a break due to personal reasons. I will join back ,and when I do, I would love to continue with Manjusha.
