They have ability to challenge the students while keeping the classes enjoyable and informative.
Great place and best centre to learn yoga for at any level and at any age.
I have just started learning and looking forward to learn more.
Yoga is need of the hour.
Learning yoga is the journey towards self realisation and self discovery.

It’s much more than the asanas, it’s a bit of India and a lot of interesting philosophy. I would highly recommend swasti yog center to learn Yoga. had good positive experience with the Co Ordinator Deepali Shintre. she was very patient with me through the course. i have not attended more classes with Vikas Sir. he is always smiling , pleasant and calm person.

My Pregnancy Yoga TTC journey has been full of knowledge, practice and information about growing myself as a yoga instructor.
My yoga Teacher Dr. Vikas chothe Sir have shared their knowledge about yoga very beautifully with us. Their patience while teaching, keeping each and every student in mind, is something that I really appreciate.
Vikas Sir is such a kind heart person. His sessions were just mind blowing.
I am looking forward to learn more about health and wellness from this academy.
I would recommend this place to those really looking to learn yoga and become yoga teacher.

Everyday early morning session helping us to delve into deep understanding of yoga.Study material is very well elobrated and can also help for self studies. Mam and Sir take a lot of efforts to make understand what actual yoga is. Very happy with knowledge i received from both. Thankyou!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the way teachers @ Swasti yoga center puts their 100% effort to explain the concepts. Gives many references so that we can relate to it. Always smiling and quite approachable.
It has been 3 months since I am associated with Swasti. My perspective towards looking at the problems has changed. I certainly feel calmer and more thoughtful. My stress levels have reduced and I look forward to the practice sessions.
I would most definitely recommend Swasti Yoga Center for Yoga certification and holistic health improvement.
