This all belongs to Blazeflash courier , pune office ( Pimpri-chinchwad branch)
Your people came to my house on Sunday to deliver my parcel and that time i am not in my house, due to some personal reason my phone is also switched off . I knew by my neighbor that a person came here from blazeflash courier then i made a return call to your people which i got by my neighbor then he replied he will deliver my parcel again on tomorrow if he came in my area or you may collect from my office.
in last 3 days i didn’t get any call from your people then i move to your office and found that your office is relocated to another place which is neither upgraded on your any web pages nor on your old office address and not even on your this google+ pages.
By hard work , i got one number which is picked up by your people after half an hour of continuous effort then anyhow I reached your office and this is reply of your respected representative :
I don’t have any idea regarding your parcel
We don’t have any permanent number and not very free to attend all call
Sorry there are more than 300 parcel , I don’t know where you are
Give me all detail otherwise we can’t help you
Just wait , we can’t do anything.
Give me all details then only i will let you know anything.
Even they are not interested in hear my issues. More than this there personal calls are important
If this all bullshit belongs to blaze flash then seriously you guys are dump , irresponsible, and truly nonprofessional .
Seriously I feel cheated this time with you guys
Still i am waiting for my parcel. Lets see when i will get.
Already I loosed my so many important things due to delay so just do one thing ..please send my parcel as soon as possible and if possible please update your address and give a permanent contact no to your people to communicate.
