Their response time was quick and ghey gave best quote among all 3 places I checked. Cars24 and Olx guys have become arrogant bcos they get many customers daily and they dont care now. I would recommend this place to sell your precious car if you are looking for good price and behavior

I was pleasantly surprised when i got a call from Sanket asking politely about a good time to do a home visit to evaluate the car. It was a working day and this meant that I would save time. Sanket came and I was impressed by his professionalism. He took a test drive, driving very cautiously and well. He then went about evaluating the car on various parameters. I learnt a few things as well. He patiently answered all my queries regarding the evaluation as well. He said that someone would call me in an hour or so.
Kushal called me within the timeframe given. He mentioned that the bidding was about to start and that he would call me back in 15 minutes with an offer. He did call with the offer. We went through a few rounds of negotiation over the next few hours. I could sense that he was very genuine and transparent about sharing the information on the negotiations.
Finally, we closed the deal on a price that was about 20% better than the Cars24 deal. I had researched the market well, and knew that this was the best deal that I could get from a dealer. They immediately transferred the token amount online.
The next day, Kushal and Sanket came punctually at the decided time. They got all the documents with them. Kushal explained each and every document as well as answered all my queries. Within a few minutes, the entire decided amount was transferred online. I signed the documents, received the delivery challan and we were done.
The story doesn't end here. Earlier today, I got an SMS for an e-challan. Someone had been fined driving the car without a seatbelt. I called Kushal and informed him. He reassured me that it will be taken care of, by the Operations Team and i will be bothered at all. Within a few hours, he texted me with a screenshot that showed that the fine had been paid.
CarDekho is very professional in their business dealings. They also seem concerned that their customers should get the best possible price. I recommend selling your car to them for a quick, hassle-free and fair price experience. Ask for Kushal at CarDekho to drive the deal. Also ask for Sanket to do the evaluation.
