★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unsatisfied with my visit. While I waited there I overheard a conversation between two people that Cars24 doesn't pay as per expected market standards. Not wanting to may any assumptions, I waited for their final offer. And yes, he was correct the offer was much lower than what I was offered by another car dealer. In fact the staff at Cars24 said there was no way even a car dealer can offer higher price than theirs. Wow,they are so OVERCONFIDENT about themselves. Apart from the price even the inspection report had errors. They said we have painted certain exterior areas whereas the car is carries the original company paint. So if the inspection itself is faulty, how does one get the correct price. I will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

And amazingly we got best price for our car and with in the documentation time payment was instantly credited to my account. Great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience of selling our car was excellent. Mr Utkarsh and Mr Devdatta left no stones unturned to expedite the selling process. The car inspections were done meticulously. The payment procedure was also efficient and the amount was credited into our account.
A few points which need to be looked into are the ambience of the outlet. The place needs a little getup. A washroom is suggested at the ground floor. Refreshments need to be catered.
Overall a satisfying experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a refreshing experience when trying to sell a second hand vehicle. The staff are courteous and professional. The office is simple, well laid out and neat. Their method of evaluating the vehicle is also very detailed and technically sound, not objective like most car dealers. It's a good concept of having a hassle free experience when selling ones car.
That said, it's almost impossible to get the price you would expect. Their quotations, though accurate, would easily be 10-30% less than what you could get in the market. So perhaps this is the best option for people trying to sell their cars in a hurry, without having to worry about any misuse of their vehicle post sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to sell your old car. We went for an enquiry first and were greeted very well, explained the procedure and charges. Right next day, our appointment was booked and within a couple of hours of test check, evaluation and bidding, our 10 year old sedan diesel car was sold at a good price. Paperwork was immediately done and we received credit in bank within 2 working days. Their charges are very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very customer friendly. Better than going through the boring process of displaying your vehicle to numerous prospective buyers. However they charge Rs 3000 as service charge. It's close to the main road and ample parking space. U can see your waiting time on the display tv and the whole process takes about 3 hrs. They have digital instruments to measure the tyre wear and paint thickness. There are two stray dogs who keep barking near the shop :p Overall a good experience.
