★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service experience .I have bought Sony 55KWL t v in 7/2016 now it has gone under repair.on Friday means on 13/12 2019 I requested them to sent mechanic.Still no one arrived.As areminder I have phoned agency at least ten times but response was like govt. Office.Most annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i took Dell inspiron 15 3000 laptop on 8 june 2019. As the salesperson suggested it was the best laptop, the laptop is giving much problems, it doesnt start properly gets hanged always. i called them may times but no one is accepting d call, worst service.

After payment delivery happened to me on 3rd day, within PCMC area.
A second hand product sold to me of cost around 40k.
No proper call answers, bad language. Purposeful delay in the all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The final prices that they offer are hard to beat. The details that were provided about each of the products were quite good too. Not sure about the post sales services as I couldn't purchase anything from here but from the brief up that I got from the sales guy they seem to offer service assistance while dealing with any post sales issues/requests.

1) no timely delivery.
2)we baught sony TV and Tata sky dish they deliver TV at time but Tata sky is not yet delivered (4days passed).
3) sale team will not co-operate and will not receive your calls and after receiving call will do only blaming on each other.(i.e. work shift etc.)
I'm frustrated.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales they don't care about installation or any other..the salesperson who boasts while selling will not pick up your phone once you have paid. At the time of sale they promise you lots of things and then they don't care to respond to calls. Do not buy any expensive appliances from here, very irresponsible store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy any laptop from this showroom, while purchasing the laptop they had told me that be assured we will assist you if there is a problem in your laptop. But they did not provide any help from there side. During purchasing my dell laptop i checked the online price of that model, which is slightly less than offline market price, so i asked to salesman why should i purchase laptop from your showroom then they told me that whenever you get any kind of problem feel free to ask us, we will resolve our issue. But after 6 months when i asked him to solve my problem they told me that we only sale the product, for any technical support you have to contact dell repair centre(Koregaon park - only one repair centre in pune).thet will never help you. So better is to buy product from any other showroom or online.
