★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder and the site are the only plus points of the project nothing else. The staff will try to sell the buildings/flat which is not getting sold. They have stopped all construction work on the buildings due to some persmission issues. Will always tell that everything is sold out even when nothing is sold. Pricing is different for different people. My registration is pending for 1 year after paying huge amount of money. In case you book a flat do not pay money unless registration is done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, we were not expecting such poor response from Runwal, Not at all professional on attending customers, Front desk employees are kept on ignoring customers in front me, three to four customers got annoyed and they left premises even without looking, I thought it may be just incident, although when it was my turn - things got escalated vey quickly - Front desk people not even bothered to attend customers- They kept on chatting on phone and asking customer to wait for no reason :) , I have informed this to sales team member, Hope they will learn something out of it...
