★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 months EMI got deducted after sending all loan money. After taking follow up with staff , they gave each other's mobile number to fool us.. taking follow up from last two months but no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Gic Housing Finance. It's very good. But front office staff and customer coordinator response is very low. I have closed my loan before one month and after so many follow up on mail and call also not getting proper response by Chinchwad branch. We are waiting for our file from long. So glad to say this. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This GIC Housing is very bad finance corporation. They will help you till the time of login your loan file. Once the loan has been sanctioned if you have any further queries they will not entertain you and will not pick up your phone. They even does not have etiquette about how to speak to the customer.
1. Not Digital existence.
2.Client cannot see his statement anytime (Every time we need to contact branch and need to send an email for the same)
3.Poor service provider
4.No customer oriented approach.
Overall very third class in service.
I personally suggest that do not opt for any of their services as they change their behavior once you borrowed money from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't even give a single star to this worst bank ever seen. They took processing fee it's almost 6 months now they are saying your loan can't be approve! Worst bank ever seen. They will only waste the time and nothing else. Staff has no manners how to behave.
