★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have 3 points to make in respect of SBI Chinchwad Branch which I experienced during my visit to the Branch to open a Savings Account:
1. The Ch Mgr is a positive person who hears the Customers out & helps them.
2. Madam Hari Priya at Counter No. 3 took my Account Opening Form & asked me to come after 2 days. I requested her to do the needful the same day and she did it. My compliments to her.
3. Cash Deposit & Pass Book Updation Systems in the Branch does need improvement as long queue are seen.
The functioning of the Branch is much more better than the Masulkar Branch where the Branch Manager herself is customer - UNFRIENDLY.

I returned from US and hardly had 25 days. and visited bank more than couple of time to update mobile number. Submitted all forms including KYC. Madam in bank said details will be updated in a week..still my mobile number is not updated and I am not able to use Atm card & Internet banking.
Everytime I call customer care they don't help saying technical issue. PATHATIC BANK PATHATIC PEOPLE... I am going to close this accoun.. Absolutely zero customer service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. staff don't have knowledge and very slow in action. should have some escalation manger number to complaint against staff. no cooperation at all. you can't expect your work will be done at first attempt. you have to visit 10 times for small work then also you will not get satisfactory result. i really want to highlight this to higher management as you need to work on your staff they are hopeless people.

Usually SBI is infamous for being worst bank in the world, but in this branch, the staff takes this quite too seriously. You can feel the complete dedication from staff to make SBI even worst than other banks for customer service.
