★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place for shopping I have been there sever times and never back without buying any thing, but recently I visited the store and bought two products, the system showing the offer on the product but they are anot giving me the product with offered price they are preparing manual bill, but I denied, as per the policy they are offer the some extra services once you buy the product above 2000, I asked him to provide the service but they deny and asking for extra charges will be apply. at the billing counter they were proving to feeling us that giving fever on me. Its totally disappointing for me, I never got such type of experience at that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok.. so bought sarees for around 25k, was offered free fall/pico and was provided a telephone number, delivery date and I had also given my number. Now nobody responds to that number, lockdown happens, sarees stuck with them, called number of times, phone ringing and no response, send sms and no response, had specifically told them need to take them to UK. Now they have switched off the phone...
Don't you guys have any professionalism and courtesy towards customer to answer phone, talk to them and see if there is any alternative to pick up even if the work is not complete.Or is that locked down as well and you have been told by govt not to even answer phone? Are you going to pay for the courier to send them to UK?
Worst experience ever.. after customer pays , they don't need them that's the attitude..Poor hastakala getting such a bad review.. Think about your future customers...

I would like to give zero stars or even negative.
The roadside cloth sellers are much more customer oriented and considerate than the salesman at Hastkala.
I went out to purchase few sarees but the salesman was arrogant and wanted me clearly specify the design the color the material the print...bhaai itna clarity hota toh khud hi print karwa lete..Tumhare pass kyu aate. very rude, arrogant and junk mindset

Never never. "naam bade darshan chote" nothing special. They even don't give you proper response. Very bad behaviour. I felt why I come here.
