★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its mostly a well maintained apartment complex. Though the so called garden and the gym is just there for the namesake and the rest of society's design has nothing particularly classy. Its just plain. What's not great is that some houses don't get any sun because of the closeness between the shopping complex and the rest of the buildings. The 7 floors block only has one elevator which is unusual.
