I am back to my 10K run routine after just two months of treatment. I don’t expect my last year time for Sun Run next weekend, but a huge improvement from limping 10 weeks ago ? Highly recommended!

Due to Dr. Kena's constant effort aimed towards my recovery, I have been able achieve my fitness goals. Dr. Kena has expert knowledge in the field of physiotherapy and personal gym training.
Do ask for her when you visit Mission health center. I strongly recommend the center.

My shoulder has been getting better since my surgical procedure, I am extremely happy with how my recovery process is coming along and I’ve been given plenty of exercises and information about what’s happening with my injuries and what I need to do to improve my overall health.
