Opening time of lab is 8am but in Google it shows 6 30 am fix this immediately and change the time in Google

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a lab. Like tea shop. I called and went to this address with fasting at 7.45 am. There is no persons to take samples. It is only sample collection centre. Too bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On sunday I went for the test and the lab opened so late . I waited an hour while trying to call the helpline number and no one picked the call. They said the report will be generated by Monday 5pm yet, I haven't still recieved the report. The service is poor in Dasarahalli branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady rejected doing the test since it was 2:12.. I had appointment for 2 and she mentioned it’s been 2 the appointment is cancelled. Isn’t there suppose to be 10-15 minutes of buffer? I had already paid for the test online so she asked me to go to rajajinagar.. this is outrageous as I had appointment for Dasralli since it’s closer to my house. When I told her I would be waiting here please come and do test. She was like there no swabs for test.. I had an appointment for 2 clock if I had come by 2 how could she have done test then.. this is lack of responsibility in the employee.. Aarathi Diagnostics I would like to ask you this question, don’t you guys pay them well as your employees are rejecting to test.. and isn’t the centre suppose to be open now??
