I had booked an appointment for home sample and when no one turned up called customer care who in turn gave contact number of head of home sample who then said that there is no service in my area and he had asked to cancel this which was never told to me.
If the request is canceled please update customers upfront, don’t wait for customers to call back.
So ideally because of your internal miscommunication, you leave customers at loosing end. I was aware that my request was cancelled only WHEN I CALLED BACK TO CHECK.
NOT TRUSTABLE AND TRY TO AVOID AS THEY DO NOT TURN UP NOR GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION IN ADVANCE. WORST SERVICE.
