Fat bed bugs sucking your blood. The staff does not help at all.They do not pay attention to your problems.I would never recommend it to anyone.They are completely taking advantage of the situation that there are not many decent pg's in phase 1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a guy/girl and looking for a PG near by Honjewadi, I must recommend to visit Arusha PG. The amenities are good, ambience is good but food quality is worst so if you wants a good food in PG then try others! But if you are looking nearby Hinjewadi then this option is good one so you can think about it once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is welcoming during admission, and demand for prompt deposit of security, HOWEVER, during exit, they impose additional charges and delay the refund of security deposit to very long extend.
Beware of all the false promises done by staff that they will change the room, or provide service afterwards. It never happens!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been living in aarusha homes for about 1.5 years. what a lovely place it was, but recently it has turn up in hell. Its full of restrictions and crazy rules which changes weekly. This people store garbage just next to dinning area and it has become a flith. When i complained Warden Bikrant he shouted on me asking me to pay more to clean that rubbish where in fact its one of the costliest PG in pune with least facilities.They promised to clean room daily which by their own standard means once in a week if you complain daily. Warden is very rude person and only favors who speak in Bengali. i know few people enjoying facilities like TV and AC with paying just half the price to warden. Previous management was much better. I highly recommend this place if you wish to get insulted daily and have a loads of black money to spend. Very cheap PG with cheap people. Better AVOID

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shallow rooms with unsatisfactory maintenance. Earlier it used to be good but now the condition has deteriorated. It's not a PG, it's more like a hostel indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially i found it to be good, and thought their services are good but gradullay did I realise that they services are pathetic. They impose hell lot of rules which are senseless. had the worst experience there. Don't ever choose this location to stay, if you chose aarusha homes(u may chose the one which is in phase 1 but girls believe me dont chose this one).
Although I would say that the rooms are far better than other PGs near by but still I would never recommend any one this PG.
