★ ★ ★ ★ ★ its a so so stay.. wifi they give only connects mobile or laptop cannot connect two devices.. beddings is not proper. place has no nearby convenience.. you had to walk around half kms for any commute. and the facilities provided are not good. electrcal appliancrs can go off anytime and you have to wait for 48 hrs. and they cannot give room of your choice you have to pick up room from their choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for stay or as a Paying Guest, Food Facilities are also given by them on nominal charges, RO water cooler are available here, For your entertainment TV is also provided by them. Washing Machines are also available to wash the clothes and any other things, only water geyser are not here...Parking facilities, mess, newspaper are available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were not clean. Mattress is full of Bed bugs. They don't give pillows or bedspreads. In short bed bugs will share the bed with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So bad experience while living in this PG. I attached photo of purifier of drinking water which is not good because it is not cleaned from 7 months, as per mangers statement. And after showing this photo to him he says "Kuch nahi hota Sir". Lot's of bed bugs are there. Food problem is also there because sabji is not sabji it's full of oil and water. Washing machines dryer not working. Manager don't feel anything good about customer.. but while showing room, they speak like we will going to live in 3 star hotel.. but..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far this is the worst PG I've ever stayed in. Beds are full of bed bugs . There's no space in parking and they even break your bike's lock to move it to a different place if the bike is not used for a month. TV in my room was broken and wasn't working at all. It's nothing as its shown in the pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice PG/Hostel and provides option of opting out food if someone is not willing to pay for the food. Location is nice and surrounded with greenery and silence. Also its very close to the main Nagar road. Parking is spacious and underground. Rooms are separate (2-3 sharing) but washrooms are common for 3 rooms. They have many options to choose from (single , double,tripple sharing with and without food as well). Overall I loved this place. Good for job people looking for short term stay. They have 1 month deposit as security out of which 100% is refundable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aarusha Homes promises to provide the best services in PG accommodation in all their properties. I visited their property at Kharadi to seek a PG accommodation for myself. However, it went the other way round. Super congested property, unhygienic & is not visible from the highway or the lane passing by easily. Even the Large room for Single accommodation cannot be measured as it is so small that one can easily get suffocated. Even the bedding & other stuff look unhygienic. God knows how other people are residing there. I won't recommend it to anyone.
