★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a lehenga from their shop on new BEL road. I got it for 5k. The staff was kind.
When I came home, it was not looking so great. So, I went to exchange it. They refused. So, if you are buying something, be sure that you want to keep it.
A few days later, I saw the exact same piece in another shop on Sampige road, Malleshwaram for 4k!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Diwali dress for my spouse..when trial they gave a XXL and while packing they packed the XXL pants and L tops. The Diwali screwed cos of morons like these. And when I went to exchange they asked for the bill which is genuine but there is no point when you don't trust your customer.
They have a copy of the bill and they could check them very well..and the attitude shown by the owner/partner is very arrogant.
Further when packing they packed with a dupatta but when exhanging they did not pack the dupatta and when we went again to check they state that the dress doesn't come with a dupatta. Arrogance and worst customer service.
Don't step into such a shop where u pay and get to hear their words filled with arrogance.
Never gonna shop nor recommend this sick place.
Btw the clothing is way too expensive..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such bad behaviour by the owners! They weren't ready to show us the collection they had and were rude! We went in to purachse but didn't coz of their bad behaviour! Really disappointed!

The person at the desk is rude.
We liked a dress but there was a stain so we asked if he had another piece. He rudely told that the stain will not go off and there are no other pieces. He just refused to show us any more garments.
I told her that this was not the way to treat customers and walked out.
Next day I went back as my daughter liked the dress. I was onto buy it even with the stain. He refused and said that even that dress was not there.
I asked them to share the owners number but they refused.
These people just don’t want to sell stuff. Don’t know why they have opened a shop.
Don’t ever go to this store!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my wedding gown ? and it was absolutely stunning and as expected and the customer service for good they helped me out throughout the selection and alternations. But quite expensive it cost ₹18,000/- ?there was not discount that was a bit disappointed but as I liked the outfit had to go with that. The gown contained totally with the 8 layers it was quite heavy ? and filled with small stone work on body part totally it's a beautiful outfit.
