★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bridal lehenga stitching was spoilt by commercial Street branch... Then I saw same lehenga in Jaynagar branch and the manager (Idrees Ahemd) in Jaynagar branch is so kind and professional replaced my lehenga blouse with new one. Happy customer :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't give 1star also for this shop nd the staff also not good for selection, I had bad experience over this shop and I Buyd material from here material was gud but stitching is very bad, and they damaged my whole cloth, I request who all are wants buy from this fazals store please guys dont ever go there I 100% a sure you u ll have a bad experience, and if u want to waste ur money and destroy ur cloths your most welcm there....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I had to eventually choose a different lehenga than what I first bought and there was delay in the whole process I would still recommend them because of their staff and how responsive and helpful they are, unlike usual clothing stores the staff here is not at all pushy or overbearing. If you give them enough time they can customize things to any size and they dye/manufacture in their factory so there are certainly many options. They have lehengas, suit material, rolled material, gowns, sarees etc. Good place to get wedding/festive wear.
But the stitching/fitting isn't good, have issues with my lehenga and the blouse that my mother got stitched, so it would be best to buy material here and stitch elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst worst showroom I have ever seen. The staff are so rude, they doesn't know how to speak to a customer, no sense and they doesn't know how to treat, i was explaining the one of their staff about fittings a girl from their staff came and speaked so rude and she started arguing me. My sister got stitched her clothes from there they destroyed her clothes and they doesn't accept their mistakes. I highly recommend you guyz not to get clothes and get stitched any of your clothes and seriously they really need to change all of their staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I kind of Visited 10-15 Shops for A Gown, Lehenga, Photoshoot Dresses , Parry wear.
basically needed 5+ dresse for multiple éventé.
Fazal was the last place I needed to be.
the collections was worth going through once in a while. good dresses cômes and leaves as one buys. It has the best collection along with velvet sheen.
it surely dépends on the persons budget to finalisé a dresse.
I liked the in store , managers and female employée service. they ask and deliver your choice.
You van even créate your dream design for a good price.
Cons : Give time for stiching and any extra work, which is done in factory.
If u have less time , please consult your own talior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Materials variety and availability is good but do not get your clothes stitched here. They did not get the measurements right and end up ruining the dress entirely. We had to ask for a restitch after they ruined our dress. See the tear in the stitching in the picture.
