★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service by shiv Kumar. Wasted my time for almost 1 hour. I came in the afternoon and selected a kurta. When I went for billing shiva said sir you can come and pay later. Meanwhile I will get the corrections done. Later when I went back around 7:45pm dress was not ready. Around 8:55 pm kurta was delivered. Never expected such poor standard of customer service from Louis Philippe… on top of all these elevator was not working. Had to climb staircase to 2nd floor couple of times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have gone to other LP stores in different locations but this one has a good variety of collections when compared to the others, they have 2 floors where they have segregated each floor for each segment.
They do have a dedicated parking for the customers which is highly appreciatable??
Please remember that don’t park your Two/Four wheelers in front of any shops in this lane because it’s a no parking zone and our vehicles will be tolled in a matter of time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy with their customer service. I did not find their behaviour welcoming. It's like they don't smile. So much attitude. Also such big showroom and very less staff. Dads been wearing this stuff for like 30 years and I never had issues maybe cause I never went to the showrooms often. Anyways won't be visiting this showroom again.
