★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst gas agency, we should inform IOCL to cancel their license immediately, almost 7days over, still delivery not done, no one is bothered to receive the call in the office. One of delivery boy is receiving the call, but he tells call to office, but there no response. Really pathetic. I am going complain IOCL against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one picks call on their landline number. after sending many messages on their whatsapp registered number also they won't deliver. delivery guy gets a trolly to bring cylinder across flats with usage of lift still he thinks he is liable for 50 rupees tip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the wrost distributor in this area.I have taken connection bymistake since i was new to market.But staff of the DC is radiculous and if you ask any query then they will lie only that it will be delivered to you tomorrow but that tomorrow comes after 5 days for them.I will not suggest you to get connected from this agency why i am telling this because wrost experience i am getting from last 3 times while refilling booking and delivery.
Agency people should improve thier service and hand to hand ethics of comapny value.

I tool connection 5 months ago till now i did not received bond .when we call they will collect mobile number and they say next week like this they wont support.
Please go for other agency for better service.

Bad experience, I transferred the file to some other branch to this branch.. they said within 15 days you will get the Bond. I went 5 times to check, every time they will take the phone number and they use to say next week u will get but still almost 2 months done. Again they are saying same story...very pathetic service I haven't seen before. **DON'T GO **

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst gas agency i have ever come across. They never pick calls, never respond to queries or even have the least of professionalism. Service is hopeless. Each time the delivery man comes and demands money for delivering the cylinder. The agency office people are useless!! There is no option for negative rating, hence I'm obligated to give 1 star which is also too much.
