From the time we met the executive Jessy at the office, she took complete charge & was so professional, informed us of the entire procedure, the steps involved, the time frame, the costs & kept the communication flowing from the time of booking till the delivery time. She was very calm, composed & extremely prompt in responding to calls/messages & this was very refreshing to note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi am editing my review after resolving my issue... after my reviewing here i got message nd asked me consumer number then he taken against delivry boy ramesh immidiatly and resolved my issue i got my cyilinder at door step thank u so much this is my complaint(Am not ready giv single star...Sorry to say this i got worst behaviour of delivery boy .. am in 1st floor ....am mother of 2 kids.. and i given same address to the this company... he collecting 20 to 30 rs to delivery charge...once i gave 10 rs he refuse to take that...then i confermed wit office they told me tat ur not to pay drlivery charges... so that i booked via paytm tat time he asking same 30 rs and he told me tat if ur not ready to pay delivry charges i wont bring cylinder to first floor ... after some time i booked my cylinder yesterday today he our keep cylinder in ground floor and collected cash nd empty cylinder... )

Very professional and quite considerate.
I have been using their services for about 6 months now.
The service i got in the process, from registration to booking cylinders has been amazing.
Special Kudos to lady Jesse(hope i have spelled her name correctly) who had helped me in the process. There was no need for me to visit the office, everything was handled through online without any hassle.

The staff at the reception was extremely helpful in providing all needed information for getting the connection shifted. The lady who was sitting ot the left of the reception helped in getting the connection tranferred smootly. Thank you very much.

I went to buy new connection with my 11 months old baby, she was shouting and playing in office trying grab all items on the desk.
But staff didn't get bored, they accepted all with smile.
Staff are very professional, friendly courteous and take quick action. Office is very clean and well maintained.
Highly appreciated Jessy Mam and staff for their support taking all concerns and working on priority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was such a pleasant experience!! Very professional, courteous, and prompt! We came for a transfer and Ms.Sridevi and Ms.Jessy were so helpful in getting everything done smoothly. Even when we were missing certain things, they were patient in helping us to get what was required printed nearby, and ensured the process was completed. All throughout, they spoke to us professionally and kindly. The office also was very clean and well-maintained.
I hope we never have to move again, because I can’t imagine having such a pleasant experience again! Glad we are now with Danish Enterprises.
