★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to transfer my address and there was a long queue. Only one person is working with customers and all other were simply chit chatting. Management should take proper action on this so that user won't get frustrated because of the waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While delivering the gas cylinder at home, delivery person demands extra money very rudely. On 20 Aug 2021, for the bill of 862.50 I paid Rs. 885, still he insisted to pay another Rs. 03 and threatened that he won't give the Cylinder without paying this and from next time will not be delivering the gas cylinder. As per the rules, gas should be delivered at customer’s house door step without any additional charges. On contacting office staff from Prateek, they were also insisting me to pay Rs.30 or 40 extra to the delivery person as he demands. How can they insist like this? If this is the way they deal with old consumer like me (for the same agency for last 20+ years), what could be the situation of new consumers and senior citizens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is neutral rating because you have enough time for them then only you can able to take new connection. For new connection they will give a form which you have to submit their only and come back. After 2-3 days go and check you will get or not. To know this go after 2 pm mean after lunch if you before that they will not entertain you and force you to come after lunch. If you get connection then you pay money and gas delivery will take another 1-2 days. So, better take gas delivery guy number and call him next day morning and get confirmation that you will get cylinder by today or not. It will help you to go for another work.
