★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to change address, as usual the attitude and behaviour is like something we committed a crime . There is no proper instructions, not answering questions properly, especially, who sits with board manager and assistant manager. I admit there will be lot of crowd and heavy work will be there, but should respect consumer and try to behave properly. The booking section are better, but the women in assistant manager role attitude is pathetic. They should speak politely and should be nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, can u please tell us who fixes the delivery charges for delivery boys..as per law the delivery gas boys cannot demand for delivery charges 40 and ,50 rs..like to take to high officials and grievance..this is happening across areas like horamavu, tc palya , banaswdi..etc..please share the escalation contact number..to name a few delivery boys names are Santosh, Manjunath, rudresh etc..boys who delivery across hoysala, horamavu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HPCL clarifies via a RTI response that customers do not need to pay delivery charges for LPG cylinders delivered at home. ... It has informed its customers that they do not need to pay anything extra to the delivery person delivering them gas cylinders at their doorsteps, irrespective of the floor/apartment.
Now delivery boys charging 40-50rs even the customer stays ground or first floor, as per the law they cannot charges single rupee if customer stays with in range of 5km radius , beyond these they can charge ₹1.6 for Every km. The question is who is fixing the delivery charges? Who is behind this? Is there a delivery charges ? Now itself the cylinder price is 902₹, ...with delivery charges it will be 945₹ to 950₹, .. distributors should take this seriously and take action, delivery charges are like tips which paid with love, not demanding..if we don't pay these delivery guys will delay the gas delivery and can say door closed, customer not present..this has happened..it's happening around horamavu, hoysala nagar, jayanthinagar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour by the cashier, he thinks without Indian gas we won't be able to cook in our house. Simply created nuisance. Don't opt this agency, for new connection only they talked too much. This people rulling like king , they don't know customer is king.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, is there any additional charges to be paid to gas delivery boys? This delivery boy named Santosh, is demanding for delivery charges for ground floors and 1st floor, please u management must educate these boys.not to demand the money for delivery as charges are already in included in the bill..they must be very thankful if they recieve tips from customer how much ever it is and it's there duty to delivery the cylinder to door step inspite of any floors and they can't demand. This is becoming too much day by days..if it continues customer might switch to others gas distributors..I'm customer with Sri Rama agency for decades..and providing good service.. till now..only challenge is delivery charges...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good behaviour. I have submitted my double gas cylinder today. Got everything done and received security amount in cash within 30 mins. Didn't face any problem before also regarding gas delivery or transfer to here from another location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked cylinder and made payment (902rupees) online on 19.3.2022 early morning and got confirmation on invoice generated message @9am. However cylinder was not delivered by them due to delivery staff was on unplanned leave. Now on 22.3.2022 when they see price is increased they cancelled old invoice and generated an new invoice with (952rupees) how is this correct? If the agency wanted to collect more money, can they do cheat common people like this? More over when I had called the reception number of the gas agency. The lady agreed first that they cannot cancel the invoice once generated. Later when I explained her, she is changed her words. And she disconnected the call multiple times, when I am asking for the reason. And telling not to call to the number
