★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible pathetic P.G. worst owner ever. Even if you give him rent on time, no proper service at all. No generator if light goes, no proper water facility, WiFi doesn't work half the time. Washing machine is always complaint. Rats and cockroaches exist. No cleanliness. Horrible food.
